As a R&D based yarn manufacturing company, TBS strongly believes in the concept of exhaustive research & development orient results in developing & introducing new & unique products to the market.
With a combined floor area of 10,000 square meters, the state of art manufacturing & operational facility of TBS is equipped with a combination of twisting, winding, air covering, intermingling, conventional single & double covering machines with a total production capacity of 130 tons per month. Being authorized by OEKO-TEX to standard 100, TBS strictly adheres to a well-designed quality assurance process covering the entire operation with the assistance of it’s in house laboratory designed to international standards. TBS also accurately monitors the overall operational efficiency of the entire plant through a specially customized software system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
